Before you choose.

What exactly do we receive?

A 14-day survey, participation coverage, privacy-reviewed school and district reports, recurring physical-concern themes, equipment vote totals, a follow-up register, launch messages, 8 awareness guides and one 30-minute virtual setup session with Ross Perry, Certified Playground Safety Inspector. One consolidated correction round is included. Reports are printable; the action register exports to CSV.

Will teachers need another account?

No. Each teacher receives an unlinked, single-use code. They report what works, physical concerns, one equipment preference and what is missing. Participation is voluntary. The district distributes codes without keeping a name-to-code list; written responses are checked for identifying details before publication.

When will we have the results?

After setup, the collection runs for 14 calendar days. Reviewed reports are delivered within 5 business days after collection closes and required review inputs are complete. Setup confirms who supplies those inputs and who approves sharing. Urgent concerns must use the school’s immediate reporting route; never wait for the report.

How does the Buyer Kit use our results?

For $999 per school/project, an approved school report carries its participation coverage, teacher equipment votes, reported concerns and reviewed priorities into the Buyer Kit. Your team confirms requirements; we research up to 3 equipment directions and dated planning prices. Two virtual CPSI meetings support proposals and the decision. The Buyer Kit is optional.

Does this replace a CPSI inspection?

No. Teacher observations identify matters for qualified follow-up; they are not verified defects, measurements or audit findings. Short guides explain how to notice and relay a concern, with CPSC and U.S. Access Board references. Applicable standards, manufacturer instructions and qualified on-site review remain necessary.

How do payment and cancellation work?

One-time payment, with no subscription to cancel. Keep downloaded reports. A quote supports internal approval; districts may request vendor or purchase-order paperwork. Payments remain closed until checkout and final service, privacy and refund terms are ready. Those terms will be shown before payment.
